Employee Stock Ownership Program

On March 7, 2014, Inside Edge become an Employee-Owned company through the creation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We are unique, in that we are 100% employee-owned. Our “Owner Mentality” attracts top talent and inspires our employees to take pride and responsibility in every job they earn.

Top Work Place

2017 marked the fifth consecutive year that Inside Edge was named a Top Work Place by the Star Tribune. This designation is determined by survey results which reflect the annual opinions of Inside Edge employees. Our goal is to create a place where employees can say “I love coming to work.” To accomplish this, Inside Edge invests in the training and development of its employees, encourages meaningful connections between managers and staff and co-workers, and creates a positive work environment that enables employees to thrive and have fun together!

Giving Back

As a company that is committed to giving back, Inside Edge donates 1% of net revenue every year to several charities. Those charities are chosen by employees and company leadership. Beyond donating money, Inside Edge employees make sure to dedicate time to helping those in need. Each year, full time employees receive 2 days (16 hours) of paid time off to be used for volunteering at the charity of their choosing. In 2017, that was over 1,200 hours in donated time.
